"Edwin Helped us sell our old house. He was always straight forward and honest about research in our market. He stuck with us and got us the best price we could get. He then led us through seeing a multitude of houses until we found the PERFECT house. With transactions this large you want someone looking after your interests, not sugar-coating bumps in the road. Edwin made sure we were aware of every detail so we could react as needed. We got a great deal on a home in our ideal neighborhood without too many headaches along the way."

"Edwin helped me sell my townhouse in IL while I live in GA. Edwin went above and beyond, assisting with letting different contractors into the home prior to the sale and ultimately taking care of everything I could not while living in a different state. I would recommend Edwin to anyone. He was very responsive, knowledgeable about selling prices in the area to achieve a solid sales price at the end of the transaction."

"We worked with Edwin to find our new dream home. We really put Edwin through the wringer as we were looking in 5 neighborhoods and wanted to see over a dozen homes. Edwin was patient with us as we asked to see the homes and equally patient when we asked to see many of them for a second or third time. After we found our house, Edwin really went to work. He had a list of reputable inspectors and lawyers and even went so far as to tell us the ones that would best fit our "personalities". The negotiations stalled several times and Edwin was able to move things along. Once when we had a hang up regarding an inspection item Edwin was able to get the original contractor on-site to re-inspect his work and offer remediation. I am not sure how many more houses we will buy, but we can say that we have found our realtor "for life"."

"I have worked with Edwin over the last few months to put our home on the rental market. From the first time meeting Edwin he was nothing but professional. He advised us through the entire process including how to stage our home, what repairs we should make vs. have to make and developing a pricing strategy to ensure we received the maximum income for our rental.

After less then 30 days on the market, we started to get nervous that we would not have any takers at the price Edwin suggested. Edwin reassured us that the price was right and even was so bold as to tell us the date we would have our house rented by. Almost to the exact day he predicted we had several competing rental offers and eventually choose a renter agreed to an 18 month contract.

I would recommend Edwin to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent their home.

As a side note, before we met Edwin at his reviews and were concerned. Those reviews must have been for a different person. Edwin was accommodating, prompt, reassuring and knowledgeable. I would work with him again in a heartbeat!"

"We were interested in a rental and tried to talk with the listing realtor, Edwin, but had a pretty terrible experience with him. Over the phone he said he did not have any evening appointments available - no date when one would be available - so he only offered day time appts during the week. I work two jobs, so I cannot do daytime, but my fiance was able to meet him at the property to look at it yesterday. Edwin was basically there to open the door. He did not walk my fiance through the home, ask him any questions, and rolled his eyes when my fiance asked to see the garage. When my fiance expressed interest in the rental, but said I would need to see it first Edwin said, again, he has pending appts taking all his nights, so he has nothing available after 5 and did not offer any other options. No follow up, nothing.

He has a bad attitude and acted like we weren't worth his time. For someone in his industry trying to rent a property that already had renters fall through, I think he needs to rethink his approach with people. If we had ANY other option besides dealing with him, we would have rented this property.

My advice: DO NOT contact him - if you see a property you like you can contact another realtor to show it. If you contact Edwin first you could get caught in "procuring cause" and get stuck working with him, which will end up being more of a hassle than you're bargaining for."
