FRANK PASSARO-Team Leader

A resident of the Naperville area all of his life, Frank is a second generation Realtor within the Passaro family.  In 1993, he joined the real estate community and since then he has shown himself to be an innovative marketer and aggressive negotiator of real estate. His service and dedication to his clients has earned him high honors from the real estate community. A husband and father, he is active in many community organizations including St. Raphael Football and Wheatland Athletic Association. He is a contributor to Little Friends, Inc., is a past board member of the Old Sawmill Homeowners Association and is a member of St. Raphael Parish.

TOM PASSARO-Realtor

A father of three and proud grandfather of six, Tom & his family have lived in the DuPage County western suburbs since 1969.  He joined the real estate community in 1973 and has addressed the real estate needs of the residents of DuPage County on several committees serving as Chairman of the MLS, Director of the DuPage Association of Realtors, and working on the Long-Range Planning Committee — overseeing the growth, impact and needs of the county.  Over 49 years of networking and hands-on experience have made him one of the leading real estate experts in the area.

EDWIN HOJNACKI-Realtor/Property Manager

Edwin Hojnacki is a graduate of Brother Rice High School and the University of Illinois-Chicago. Buying or selling can be a stressful process.  Edwin wants to make sure your voice is heard.  Client satisfaction is his #1 goal. Edwin serves the Baird & Warner Naperville Office as Property Manager.  Edwin is a member of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce and various Realtor Associations. He currently serves the City of Naperville as a Commissioner on the Fair Housing committee.

BRETT KENDRICK –Realtor/ Property Manager

Brett has been a resident of Bolingbrook since 2007 after moving from his home town of Baltimore, MD to marry his wife Jennifer.  They currently reside in Bolingbrook with their 2 dogs Roxie and Gus.  Brett joined the Passaro Team in December 2015. He has a vast knowledge of the western suburbs and the ability to listen and understand his client’s needs to help them find the perfect home.  Brett enjoys fishing, home improvement projects, and riding his motorcycle. He and his wife foster dogs for a local dog rescue and volunteer with various community organization to give back and help enrich the lives of others. 

 KEVIN BEALLIS –Realtor/ Property Manager

Long-time resident of the Fox Valley area, Kevin is a graduate of Waubonsie Valley High School, a graduate from the College of DuPage with a degree in facilities management, as well as a United States Navy Veteran.  Kevin previously worked with Comcast Telecommunications for 24 years.  His experience gives him extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland area.  Kevin has exceptional communication skills which help him determine his clients needs and keeps them informed and comfortable throughout their experience with him.  He has been a resident of Naperville for 10 years and enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and dog Capone.  Kevin also enjoys traveling and doing home improvement projects.  He is an active member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church and enjoys volunteering his time with various nonprofit groups groups to help better the lives of those throughout his community.

Dawn Rouse-Licensed Assistant

Dawn is a graduate of Illinois State University and has previously worked in foreclosure law.  She has been in real estate for the past 5 years helping both buyers and sellers.  She serves the Passaro team as the Property Management Lead Admin.  Dawn grew up in Warrenville and currently resides in Yorkville with her husband and three children.  In her spare time she enjoys watching her children play sports (her oldest is in Yorkville travel softball), shopping, going to the movies, planning parties, taking family vacations, and spending time with family and friends.

 Melissa Yurco-Licensed Assistant

Melissa currently lives in Plainfield and has lived in Naperville and the surrounding area for the last 35 years.  She and her husband are both graduates of Naperville Central.  Before joining the team she was a manager of a jewelry store in downtown Naperville for over 25 years.  She has always taken pride in her customer service and is passionate about helping others.  Her goal is to help guide her client through every step of the buying or selling process. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, walking her golden retriever Sam and cheering on the Chicago Blackhawks.
