With not needing a realtor for the sale of our house because a friend wanted it. We sold the house in 2 days, this was June 16/17. Calling Melissa to help us with a purchase of a house. Melissa was very pro active with sending us listing every morning. Now with our house sold , we had to get something very quick. We sold on a Thursday, looking at houses Monday/Tuesday. We found one and by Wednesday night we made cash offer quick close, with this only 6 days of looking at houses. We did it! Never thought things could go so fast. Sold on June 18th, found one and made offer on June 24th and closed and moved in on July 23rd. So bottom line without Melissa helping us this would have never happen for us. My husband and I are writing to express our heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding level of service that we recently received from both Tom Passaro and the entire Passaro Team with Baird & Warner Real Estate in the handling of both the sale of our townhouse and the purchase of our new home.   Our townhouse was professionally represented with a level of quality that surpassed what we had seen in the market. Our property was listed on the internet with multiple photographs that were professionally taken. Quality color printed booklets were also provided to potential buyers that viewed the property. In addition, a 24 hour toil free phone number was offered on the exterior for sale sign in front of our property which provided a prerecorded description. We were able to sell our townhouse in two weeks time. We attribute a great deal of this success to the excellent work that the Passaro Team did in the representation of our property.   Regarding the purchase of our new home, Mr. Tom Passaro was simply excellent. He far exceeded any expectations we had for our realtor. We were treated like family. Tom kept in close contact with us throughout the entire process. He helped us understand all the specific details of, selling and purchasing a home. He was available at any moment and was more than pleasant, friendly and accommodating the entire way.   We sincerely appreciate how Tom helped us thru this process. His outstanding level of service and sincerity in helping us find the right home for our family was extraordinary and will be remembered by our family. He helped make the most challenging and stressful purchase of our lives thus far a thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable experience. My property at 2588 Hillsboro Blvd. Aurora, IL was managed by Braid & Warner, Passaro Group, Naperville, till March, 2020. During the few years under their management, things went on very well. Their property Manager Mr. Edwin Hojnacki, is a true professional with a very pleasing attitude. Whenever we had any issue, Edwin was there taking steps to solve it. He was very prompt in returning my phone calls and I always felt that I was talking to a friend. If anyone is looking for a Property Manager, I will have no hesitation in recommending this gentleman.
