Edwin sold a house for me in the Naperville area, and I could not have been more satisfied with his services. He utilized his familiarity with the local market to come up with a plan that we agreed upon to effectively market the house while making use of the broad capabilities of Baird & Warner. During the brief time the home was vacant, Edwin was able to provide me with referrals to local service providers to ensure proper maintenance of the home. Once we had buyers expressing interest, Edwin helped me navigate the negotiation and closing process and was able to refer an excellent local attorney to aid in completing the sale. This wasn't the first time Edwin represented me. Edwin helped me with the purchase of my first home 4 years ago, and I am glad I went back to him for the sale of a home as well.

My property at 2588 Hillsboro Blvd. Aurora, IL was managed by Braid & Warner, Passaro Group, Naperville, till March, 2020. During the few years under their management, things went on very well. Their property Manager Mr. Edwin Hojnacki, is a true professional with a very pleasing attitude. Whenever we had any issue, Edwin was there taking steps to solve it. He was very prompt in returning my phone calls and I always felt that I was talking to a friend. If anyone is looking for a Property Manager, I will have no hesitation in recommending this gentleman. Edwin, I wish you all the best in your profession. I must say, Braid & Warner is blessed to have him on their team. I am sure, he can take up any responsibility. Venu

We worked with Edwin to find our new dream home. We really put Edwin through the wringer as we were looking in 5 neighborhoods and wanted to see over a dozen homes. Edwin was patient with us as we asked to see the homes and equally patient when we asked to see many of them for a second or third  time. After we found our house, Edwin really went to work. He had a list of reputable inspectors and lawyers and even went so far as to tell us the ones that would best fit our personalities. The negotiations stalled several times and Edwin was able to move things along. Once when we had a hang up regarding an inspection item Edwin was able to get the original contractor on-site to re-inspect his work and offer remediation. I am not sure how many more houses we will buy, but we can say that we have found our realtor for life

Edwin is THE BEST. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and a true advocate for his clients. He listened to my needs and found me the perfect home all within a two week time span. He helped walked me through the entire process, which as a 6 month pregnant first time home buyer was EXTREMELY important to me!! He helped refer a reputable lender to me that I ended up using (who was amazing as well). I am very thankful to have worked with Edwin and will recommend him to anyone looking in the Naperville area
