My husband and I are writing to express our heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding level of service that we recently received from both Tom Passaro and the entire Passaro Team with Baird & Warner Real Estate in the handling of both the sale of our townhouse and the purchase of our new home.   Our townhouse was professionally represented with a level of quality that surpassed what we had seen in the market. Our property was listed on the internet with multiple photographs that were professionally taken. Quality color printed booklets were also provided to potential buyers that viewed the property. In addition, a 24 hour toil free phone number was offered on the exterior for sale sign in front of our property which provided a prerecorded description. We were able to sell our townhouse in two weeks time. We attribute a great deal of this success to the excellent work that the Passaro Team did in the representation of our property.   Regarding the purchase of our new home, Mr. Tom Passaro was simply excellent. He far exceeded any expectations we had for our realtor. We were treated like family. Tom kept in close contact with us throughout the entire process. He helped us understand all the specific details of, selling and purchasing a home. He was available at any moment and was more than pleasant, friendly and accommodating the entire way.   We sincerely appreciate how Tom helped us thru this process. His outstanding level of service and sincerity in helping us find the right home for our family was extraordinary and will be remembered by our family. He helped make the most challenging and stressful purchase of our lives thus far a thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable experience. Tom, I must admit when you informed us of all the things you and your team would do to close the sale of my Home. I did not believe it. (However you proved me wrong) The entire Passaro Team went over and above to service and facilitate the sale of our home. The ideas and services were above and beyond the call of duty. I am writing this letter to let you and your team know that Jan and I appreciate the team performance and the effort put forth in closing the sale of property. We will always give any prospective customer our praise for the performance of the Passaro Team. As you know we had worked with another agent for about 18 months trying to sell our home, and I assure you, the performance of your team is far superior to any agency I’ve worked with. To Whom It May Concern,   This is to express our satisfaction in the real estate service provided for us by Mr. Tom Passaro, of Baird & Warner.   We had originally listed our townhouse with another agent, at a time of drastic change in the real estate market conditions. After several months of complete inaction, we allowed the original listing to expire, and accepted a friend’s recommendation of the Passaro Team with B&W. We were immediately impressed when we were presented with a marketing analysis and a plan to address the inaction of the market, and were pleased to sign with them. The “traffic plan” did increase the number of showings, as intended. We were further pleased when Mr. Tom Passaro visited us to present monthly updates on the showing activity. When the market remained in its doldrums, Tom assisted us in making timely adjustments to our effort, once with a price adjustment and once by the Passaro Team providing decorative staging to enhance what had been an empty house presentation. The end result was the one we had hoped for-the sale was completed in spite of a very difficult market.
