With not needing a realtor for the sale of our house because a friend wanted it. We sold the house in 2 days, this was June 16/17. Calling Melissa to help us with a purchase of a house. Melissa was very pro active with sending us listing every morning. Now with our house sold , we had to get something very quick. We sold on a Thursday, looking at houses Monday/Tuesday. We found one and by Wednesday night we made cash offer quick close, with this only 6 days of looking at houses. We did it! Never thought things could go so fast. Sold on June 18th, found one and made offer on June 24th and closed and moved in on July 23rd. So bottom line without Melissa helping us this would have never happen for us. THANK YOU MELISSA IT WAS A PLEASURE HAVING YOU BY OUR SIDES.
